The Neighbor App
What?
• The Neighbor App is a platform that enables residents and board members to easily get informed about building updates, special events, pay bills, get package notifications, and notify Daisy of any maintenance issues in the building.
• The main goal of the app is to become the Heartbeat of the building, earning the trust of residents by being extremely accessible and proactive. The app also expands to additional services in the building, thereby boosting business.
Why?
• There are apps and web logins out there for residents to interact with, but with a very bad experience. We saw this as a great opportunity to help residents to improve their living experience by simplifying and streamlining processes, and eventually enable the company to be more efficient and scalable.
• By definition, the app is used by a very diverse group of people; old, young, tech-savvy and not, family and singles, so we needed to make sure the Neighbor App is simple and accessible.
