I had the honor to create the visual identity for GONDI, a DJ and Producer. As a DJ, Gondi has a unique gift of making people devote themselves to the dance floor by having an eclectic music selection, contagious dancing moves, and beautiful smiles and energy she spreads to her crowd. The music she creates is heavily influenced by her Persian heritage, thus the name Gondi, a (very tasty) traditional cuisine.
The solution
After researching Persian tile patterns and typography, I fused elements from electronic music and nightlife into a visual language that tells her musical story.
